I have recently come back from a very enjoyable holiday in SA and while I was there bought a jar of your silk essence intensive repair balm. It is a wonderful product and my daughter who has
extremely dry skin due to exzema has been using it on the worst parts of her face and has noticed a big improvement. This means a lot as she is a beautiful 18 year old. (I have attached a
photograph). Is it ok to be using this product on her face and if so I would like to buy 2 jars of it please.

This is my Silksa story...
I'm a South African working in Saudi Arabia. I have been introduced to the skincare products about 4 years ago and religiously used it and grew very fond of it. Every time i went on
holiday i will take a special trip to Menlyn to buy my skincare for the months that i will be away from home. During my last holiday i went to Menlyn to purchase my valuable goods, just to
find that the doors of the silk collection shop was closed. I was stuck and still am as i flew back to Saudi only two days after and had no time to search for a shop supplying the
skincare. Upon arrival I went and bought myself estee lauder (paid a lot of money) as a replacement but since then i've used so many different brands just to try and find something
similar. I can honestly say that nothing compares to the skincare that I grew so fond off.
I'm flying to South Africa on May 20, 2010 and would like to know where can I go to have my special skincare that i have been without for the last 8 months.
Can you kindly advise me

I visited your shop about 18 months ago when on a holiday in South Africa. It was very fortunate for us that our tour guide, Wendy, made sure there were plenty of shopping
opportunities en route.
I bought some items of your skincare range and absolutely loved them. There were so rich and smooth and left my skin feeling velvety and soft. Unfortunately for me I have now run
out of all the products I bought and would love to be able to purchase some more.
Would you therefore please let me know if I can purchase these via the internet as there is no agent in the UK. I would also like to spread the word about your wonderful products so if
it is possible to buy via the internet I would be grateful of any leaflets to pass these on to friends and family.
